On October 31st 2014 Castlebar hosted its first ever Zombie Walk in aid of ÁIRC – supporting children with disabilities. The event was organised by Rita Scott from The Crypt radio show thecrypt80.blogspot.ie/ who did an amazing job at putting the event together. We started the evening at Mayo Leisure point where all the zombies met for hair, make-up, and of course for a laugh. Then it was time to assemble the undead and embark on Castlebars’ first ever Zombie Walk. I kept up with the zombies and captured as much footage as I could, this involved a lot of running and I can tell you, I felt like a zombie afterwards! The walk finished at market square with an amazing dancing performance from Dance World Another Level facebook.com/danceworld.anotherlevel . I loved shooting and editing this video, I normally do weddings so this was an interesting change! Please feel free to share to raise awareness for ÁIRC!
Real Weddings
You can never predict the weather In Ireland, even in July but Friday started off good and only got better as the day went on. I started my day at Shane's parents home, not far from my own home in Castlebar. Shane's jeep was well polished and I loved the wedding plates "the lads". The lads were very relaxed and about to head for breakfast so I grabbed a few quick shots, took the drone for a spin then headed off to Fiona and the girls.
