Under the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we are required to to let you know exactly what we do with your personal information. In summary, we only collect the information we need to reply to enquires, shoot your wedding, and deliver your video(s). We don't spam and we never share any personal information with any third parties. Please read below for further information.

Enquiry Forms

We only collect the information we need to reply to you regarding our availability and to send on our pricing information. We might also send a follow up email just to check if you are still interested. Your telephone number is only collected as a backup in case your email address is misspelled on the form or if you indicate that you would prefer a call-back. We never share your information with third parties and will not send marketing emails. We also ask where you heard about us which is purely for our own analysis, this is an optional field. Our website, cloud server, and local computers are all GDPR compliant  to keep your data secure. We retain your info for 2 years due to the extended nature of engagements. You can at any time request to have your data deleted.

Booking Forms

The information on the booking form is necessary for us to ensure we have all the information we need to shoot your wedding. We never share your information with third parties and will not send marketing emails. We will contact you regarding the planning for your wedding and for any questions we have regarding the shooting or editing of your wedding film. We also ask where you heard about us which is purely for our own analysis, this is an optional field. Our website, cloud server, and local computers are all GDPR compliant  to keep your data secure. We retain your info for 2 years due to the extended nature of engagements. You can at any time request to have your data deleted.

Your Video

Video footage is stored and retained on secure hard drives, we also back up footage data 3 times to protect accidental loss. When your video(s) is/are ready we will send you a secure link and password. After delivery we keep a copy of the footage for up to 2 years and after that we keep a copy of the finished video indefinitely. This is purely in case you require additional copies in the future. We will ask for your consent if we would like to post on social media or on our website as this is the only way future brides will see our work!
