Important information regarding COVID-19

As you may be aware there has been significant changes in government policy regarding the Covid-19 virus. One of these is the recommendation from the government to cancel/postpone indoor events with over 100 guests until after March 29th. It is uncertain whether this will be extended further in time therefore I want to be proactive and offer the best advice I can give at this time.

Should the unfortunate situation arise where you need to move your wedding date your deposit is transferable to a future date. My suggestion in this instance would be to contact your suppliers and request an availability calendar to assist your selection of your new date. To assist this process I have posted my own availability calendars for 2020 and 2021.

Please use the form below if A) you wish to reschedule your wedding to an available date or B) You are unsure but would like to reserve an available date. I’ll do my best keep the calendar up to date on a day by day basis and to manage reservations as best I can, however I cannot guarantee a reserved date until confirmation is received.

Should the situation occur where I am already booked for the new date I will use my best endeavors to source one of my known and trusted fellow videographers to shoot for me as a replacement under my brand and with my style. This is obviously subject to availability so my advice again is to consider carefully your new date and try to avoid peak dates.

It is with regret that I cannot refund deposits at this time due to the significant losses that have occurred due to the outbreak.

If I am unable to attend due to illness I will do my best to source a suitable replacement from my personal network of established professionals.
